This is what I’ve been saying for years. Film schools are so backwards showing young students who liked Pulp Fiction silent movies without context and expecting them to appreciate it. Start with wat’s happening now, and then show them where that came from.
So are the IMAX enhanced movies on Disney+ taller, or cropped on the sides, or a bit of both? And which aspect ratio is the director’s (or Feige’s) preference? What is the ‘actual’ version of the movie?

I’m not at all well versed in Toy Story lore but was Buzz always an action figure based on a movie? It felt more like a saturday morning cartoon to me. Also why was there a state of the art CG animated movie in ‘94 that Andy saw? I’m sure it all makes sense but it feels weird.
